Hospitals, Food and Common Sense…

I’ve written before about our hospitals and the food that is available in them and unfortunately, little has changed. Junk food and even fast food is often readily available to staff and patients alike and I know patients who have been offered fried foods meals after coming round from their heart surgery! In my opinion this is madness and I was reminded of this when I saw a post from Marion Nestle recently which included this photo, taken in America.
